Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ReplayStudy and the Security+ Training Center. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using ReplayStudy, you agree to these Terms.

1. About ReplayStudy

ReplayStudy is an independent educational platform that provides study lessons, practice questions, review tools, simulations, and other learning features. ReplayStudy is designed to support exam preparation and skill development.

2. Account Use

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign in credentials secure, and using your account only for your own study. You may not share, sell, transfer, or provide access to your account to another person. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact support@replaystudy.com.

3. Purchase and Access

Paid ReplayStudy access is sold as a one time purchase for the access period shown at checkout. ReplayStudy does not automatically renew your access or charge you again at the end of that period. If you want additional access after it expires, you must make a new purchase or otherwise receive new access.

Prices, access periods, scholarship access, and promotional offers may change for future purchases. A change to future pricing does not alter an access period you have already purchased.

4. Refunds

Refund requests made within 24 hours of purchase may be approved when the account has not been substantially used. ReplayStudy may deny a refund when the account shows substantial use that is inconsistent with an accidental or mistaken purchase, such as extensive course activity, significant practice activity, or use of major exam preparation features.

After 24 hours, purchases are generally nonrefundable. You may still contact support. ReplayStudy may review later requests case by case, especially for accidental purchases with little or no meaningful platform use, duplicate charges, billing errors, significant technical problems that prevented reasonable use, or when a refund is required by law.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. ReplayStudy access associated with a refunded purchase may end when the refund is issued. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

5. Educational Purpose

ReplayStudy is an educational study resource. We do not guarantee that using ReplayStudy will result in a passing exam score, certification, employment, promotion, salary level, or any other professional outcome. Exam content, objectives, scoring practices, and certification requirements may change.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

ReplayStudy content, including original lessons, explanations, practice questions, simulations, interface content, graphics, branding, and other materials, is owned by ReplayStudy or used with permission unless otherwise stated. Your access is a limited, personal, noncommercial right to use the service for your own study.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, scrape, systematically extract, distribute, publicly post, or create a competing question bank or training product from ReplayStudy content except where applicable law permits it.

7. Certification Provider Independence

ReplayStudy is independently developed and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CompTIA. CompTIA and Security+ are trademarks of CompTIA, Inc. References to certification names and exam objectives are used to identify the certification being studied.

8. Platform Availability and Changes

We work to keep ReplayStudy available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Features may be corrected, improved, replaced, or removed when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, exam objective updates, or product development. Temporary outages may occur.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse ReplayStudy, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, probe or attack the service without authorization, upload malicious code, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

10. Third Party Services

ReplayStudy may rely on third party providers for services such as hosting, authentication, cloud storage, email, and payment processing. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services and may have their own terms and privacy practices.

11. No Professional Advice

ReplayStudy explains cybersecurity concepts for education and exam preparation. It is not legal, financial, employment, compliance, or professional security consulting advice. Real systems and organizations may require additional analysis and controls beyond an exam focused learning scenario.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ReplayStudy is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReplayStudy does not make warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or suitable for every purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReplayStudy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, any limitation will apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

13. Suspension or Termination

ReplayStudy may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, serious violations of these Terms, or risks to the service or other users. You may stop using ReplayStudy at any time and may use the account deletion controls available in the product.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, law, or business practices change. The current version will be posted here with its effective date. When a change is material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
